With the hand-held rotary cutter, soft and semi-hard cheeses such as Gouda or Emmental can be sliced perfectly. Uniform and even cheese slices are achieved with the sharp stainless steel cutting wire. The slice thickness can be adjusted individually by inclining the cutter. The comfortable rounded handle made of aluminium allows easy and quick handling. The roll cut is not dishwasher safe but can be easily hand washed.
