Natural and soothing, sage green places the Bistro salt mill within a contemporary, nature-inspired aesthetic. Created in 1874, this mill is still made in France from beechwood sourced from sustainably managed forests.

It is equipped with the Zirlion mechanism, a Peugeot innovation designed for dry salt. The knob on the top allows the grind to be adjusted, from powdered salt to a crunchier texture.

Use and Care
- Clean with a soft cloth / Never put the mill into a liquid and never put it to a dishwasher
- Grind adjustment button: the tighter it is screwed, the finer the grind and vice versa

- Salt Mill : for grinding dry salt with a crystal size of less than or equal to 6 mm. Not suitable for use with sea salt, sea flakes or wet salt
