Timeless, stylish and highly functional copper and stainless steel roasting pan. The roasting dish is equipped with stainless steel handles. Oven safe up to 220°C. Hand-washing with a soft brush and soap is recommended. Using copper polish will keep the exterior shiny.

Copper cookware should be washed by hand using hot water and washing-up liquid. It is a matter of taste whether you prefer polished copper or a more patinated look. We recommend that you polish your copper cookware before use and repeat the polishing process a few times a year to keep it looking lustrous. Without polishing, copper will eventually acquire a natural matte surface with a less polished appearance. If you find that your copperware has become very orange-yellow in tone, it may be because the copper has oxidised from the moist air and simply requires polishing to look its best again.
