The 6-piece Wüsthof steak knife set from the Ikon series is a practical and stylish addition to the table cutlery. The extra-sharp, 12 cm long blade not only portions steaks, the knife is ideal for all meat dishes.

The blades of the Wüsthof Ikon series are forged from a single piece of stainless steel (chrome molybdenum vanadium) and are permanently extremely sharp thanks to the special Wüsthof PEtec technology. They are characterized by high resilience and a long service life. The handles, made of six different types of wood (birdseye maple, Mexican rosewood, grenadile, curly birch, Bahia rosewood and walnut) each have a unique grain and are a real pleasure for the viewer when combined. Furthermore, the handles are pleasantly warm in the hand and the knives are reluctant to be put down again.

Occasional oiling with household oils keeps it supple - caution: the knife must not be put in the dishwasher.
